FAQ

What is an IPS QR code?

IPS QR is the National Bank of Serbia standard for instant payments. The code contains the recipient account, amount, payment code, purpose and reference, so nobody has to type them by hand.

How do I pay with the QR code?

Open your mobile banking app, choose “IPS scan” or “Pay with QR”, and scan the code from the screen or the printed slip. Check the details and confirm.

How do I print several slips at once?

Fill in a slip and click “Add to batch”, then change the details for the next one. When you are done, “Download PDF” makes one file with three slips per A4 page and cut lines.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No. The slip and QR code are generated in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server; the draft is saved only on your device.

What are model 97 and the reference number?

The reference number (poziv na broj) lets the recipient match your payment. Model 97 means the first two digits of the reference are check digits. For taxes and fees, copy the model and reference from the tax notice or the institution's website.

Which payment code should I choose?

The first digit is the payment form (1 cash, 2 non-cash), the other two are the basis. Personal bills usually use 89, taxes and fees 53, utilities 22.

How do I send a filled slip to someone?

Fill in the slip and click “Share link”. The link is copied, and on a phone the share menu opens (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram). The recipient opens the same slip with its QR code and can pay right away.

Can I print the slip in Cyrillic?

Yes. Choose “ћирилица” above the slip and its labels switch to Cyrillic. You can type the details in either script.

What is the difference between a payment slip and a transfer order?

A payment slip (nalog za uplatu) is for cash payments at a bank or post office. A transfer order (nalog za prenos) is for paying from your own account and also includes the debtor account.
